Data we collect

The Friendship House collects only the information required to operate your predictive prefecture dashboard and your community membership: your name, email address, declared residency status, target prefecture, and the filing outcomes you choose to contribute. We do not collect passport scans, biometric records, or any document beyond what you voluntarily supply.

How we use it

Member-contributed outcomes are aggregated and anonymised before they help build our picture of prefecture wait times. Individual records are never published, resold, or shared with third parties for marketing. Contact details are used only to send the weekly note, invite you to events, and reply to you personally.

Legal basis and GDPR rights

We process personal data under the legal bases of contract performance and legitimate interest, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. You may request access, correction, portability, or erasure of your data at any time by writing to adamntanderson@gmail.com. We respond to every verified request within thirty days.

Storage and security

Data is stored on encrypted servers within the European Union. Access is restricted to staff who require it to deliver member services. We apply industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and we review our access logs regularly.

Cookies and analytics

We set strictly necessary cookies to keep your session and dashboard preferences working. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which parts of the community hub are useful. You can accept or refuse optional cookies from the consent banner and change your decision at any time.

Administrative intelligence, not legal advice

The Friendship House operates within the France Social Services and France Office Administrative Services framework under the SIC 8999 categorisation. We provide administrative intelligence and community support. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal consultation or representation.
