Scope of service
The Friendship House provides predictive administrative intelligence, gamified civic exam preparation, and community access at our Château-Thierry hub. Our predictions are estimates derived from aggregated member data and public records; they are informational and do not guarantee a specific prefecture outcome or processing date.
Not legal representation
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal consultation, representation, or document filing on your behalf. French law restricts unauthorised legal consultation, and we observe that boundary strictly. Members requiring legal representation should retain a qualified avocat; many members use our data alongside their legal team.
Membership and billing
The Community tier is free and requires no payment details. Resident membership is billed at $20.16 per month and Institutional membership at $49 per month, each renewing automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Resident memberships carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Community conduct
Our hub and forums exist for members who treat one another with respect. We remove members who harass others, share another member's data, or use the community to promote services that bypass French law. Contributions of prefecture outcomes must be truthful, since other members plan their lives around that data.
Intellectual property
Our dashboards, simulations, templates, and written materials remain the property of The Friendship House and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your membership. Redistribution of our dataset or simulation content is not permitted.
